As a Honda Prestige Cardholder, you are entitled to great discounts and privileges as follows:
- 30% discount on all genuine Honda spare parts whenever you service your Honda car at Happy Motoring service centre.
- 20% discount on all genuine Honda spare parts purchased directly from Happy Motoring spare parts counter.
- 20% discount on selected Honda Modulo accessories and merchandise.
Note:
- In order to avail for the discount, please present your Honda Prestige Card before requesting for the bill and/or before making payment.
- All discounts and privileges are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use of Honda Prestige Card and the Terms and Conditions of the Participating Merchants.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Commencement of Terms and Conditions
- This Terms and Conditions of Use of Honda Prestige Card ("Terms and Conditions") commences and becomes binding between Happy Motoring Co Sdn Bhd (hereafter referred to as "the Company") on the one part and Honda Prestige Cardholder (hereafter referred to as "the Cardholder") on the other part from the date of issue of the Honda Prestige Card (hereafter referred to as "the Prestige Card").
- Eligibility
The Prestige Card is available to : -
- all Honda vehicle registered owners in Brunei Darussalam only.
- purchasers of Honda vehicles directly from the Company.
- persons who have completed the application form for the Prestige Card
- The Company reserves the right not to accept, issue or reject any application for the Prestige Card at the Company's sole and absolute discretion.
- By using the Prestige Card, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions, which may be varied, supplemented or amended from time to time by the Company without notice as the Company may deem fit in the Company's sole discretion.
- The Company may terminate the Cardholder's membership at any time and for whatsoever reason, including but not limited to the Cardholder's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions. The Company will not be obliged to give the reasons for termination.
- The Prestige Card :-
- Shall bear the name of the registered owner of the Honda vehicle.
- Shall be valid for one (1) year only.
- Will automatically be cancelled upon change of vehicle ownership.
- Will automatically be cancelled upon its expiry.
- Is not transferable and remains the property of the Company at all times.
- Is not a credit card or a charge card.
- The Company reserves the right to charge :-
- B$5.00 for enrolment fee.
- B$20.00 for membership which would be valid for one (1) year only.
- B$10.00 for the cost of lost or replacement card.
The Company is entitled, in its absolute discretion without prior notice and without giving any reason, to refuse to re-issue, renew or replace the Prestige Card - The Cardholder is entitled to a 30% discount on all genuine Honda spare parts of Cardholder's Honda vehicles which are serviced at the Company's Service Centres in Brunei Darussalam.
- No discount is available in respect of nett priced items, sale items, chemicals, oil, lubricants and labour charge.
- The Cardholder is entitled to the benefits and discounts offered by the participating outlets as indicated in the list of Participating Merchants (hereafter referred to as "Participating Merchants").
- The Cardholder may utilise the Prestige Card at the Company and any of the Participating Merchants by the Cardholder personally presenting the Prestige Card.
- The Company is not liable for any refusal by any Participating Merchants to accept the Prestige Card for any reasons.
- The provision of goods and/or services by the Participating Merchants is subject to the terms and conditions of use of the Participating Merchants. For avoidance of doubt, in the any event of conflict between this Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of Participating Merchants, thisTerms and Conditions shall prevail.
- The Prestige Card is inapplicable to promotional goods, sale items and/or services which have been discounted, unless otherwise indicated.
- All discounts and offers are subject to stock, seating and occupancy (where relevant) availability.
- The Company's final decision on any disputes arising between the Cardholder and the Company shall be final, conclusive and binding on the Cardholder.
- The Company reserves the right to withdraw a Participating Merchant from the list referred to in clause 10 above.
- The Company may vary, amend, delete, add to or substitute any of these Terms and Conditions, or change the Prestige Card fees and entitlement at any time at its sole discretion with or without prior notice to the Cardholder as the Company may deem fit in the Company's sole discretion.
